Ingredients :
113 g soaked bird’s nest
113 g rock sugar
3 1/2 cups water

Method :

Wash rock sugar. Bring 3 1/2 cups of water to the boil. Add rock sugar. Cook over low heat until the sugar has melted. Strain.
Pour syrup until steaming pot. Stew for 20 minutes. Add bird’s nest. Then stew for 10 minutes.
